HPVISUAL stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you feel that our product does not meet your expectations for material integrity or build quality, please contact us directly and let us help you.

 

1. Warranty for Electric Skateboard

All HPVISUAL products are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defect for the lifetime of the original owner.

HPVISUAL offers 12 MONTHS warranty. If there are any manufacturing defects when the product is fresh out of the package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and offering free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident.

 

2. Solutions

HPVISUAL offers the following solutions.

 

We'll ship replacement parts by regular mail and walk you through with instructions.

We'll exchange the defective accessories with functionally equivalent ones which are equivalent to the original parts in performance and reliability.

In the above cases, HPVISUAL covers the repair fee and shipping fee, and there is not a further charge for customers.

HPVISUAL reserves the right, as we see fair, to either repair or replace any HPVISUAL Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.
